After heat treatment, the external grinding equipment is used to grind the external circle to RA0.6 finish and up to ±0.005mm.When grinding this part, pay attention to the straightness of the part.In order to improve the wear resistance, especially the tooth wear resistance, we suggest the customer to use the yellow titanium plating surface treatment process, has achieved a good result, and was praised by the customer.
