This is a customized parts for foreign customers.The material is SKD11, the hardness for heat treatment is hrc58-60.This precision shaft has a large machining process, from external dimensions and tolerances to square holes.In terms of appearance, we use CNC lathes and milling machines for rough machining, followed by vacuum heat treatment, and then external grinding.After the completion of the above work, the square hole is processed by line cutting machine, pay attention to dimensional tolerance during processing, and pay attention to the requirements of concentricity of parts.In the center of the part shown in the figure, there is a prescription hole, which is processed by CNC.There are several points to pay attention to in processing this part, such as the tolerance requirement of the external dimension of the part, the roughness requirement of the part, the concentricity requirement of the two square holes and the shaft, and the smooth transition requirement of each joint of the part.
