This part is a non-standard mechanical part for our foreign customers.The approximate size of the strip is 450*45*15MM, and the elongated parts are prone to deformation, especially during heat treatment and grinding, which can lead to bending.The material of this part is SKD11, the hardness required by heat treatment is hrc58-60, and the part requires high strength and high flatness.This part of the main processing equipment: CNC machining center, precision surface grinder, wire cutting and edm equipment.We use the processing center to process the parts of the groove and the shape of the size, go slowly wire cutting machine cutting hole and precision groove, there is a special-shaped groove above the parts, we use mirror spark machine equipment processing.

In the rough machining before the heat treatment, must leave enough deformation margin, in the grinding, pay attention to the correction of parts, pay attention to feed, try to reduce the deformation, the flatness of this part is required to be ±0.02mm. Surface treatment for hard chrome plating, not only rust, but also can increase the surface hardness of parts.Finally, I use the height meter to check the flatness of the parts. After all the dimensions meet the requirements of the drawings, I will arrange the delivery.
