Depending on the degree of cold work in the finishing pass the yield strength may nearly be as high as thetensile strength.

For caculation purposes the following relations are commended:
For delivery condition +C: ReH>=0,8 Rm;For delivery condition +LC: ReH >= 0,7 Rm.
For calculation purposes the following relationship is recommended: ReH >=0,5 Rm
For tubes with outside diameter <=30 mm and wall thickness <=3 mm the ReH minimum values are 10 MPa lower than the values given in this table.
For tubes with outside diameter > 160 mm: Reн >=420 MPa.

Delivery Conditions

Surface Condition:

Ferritic alloy cold-finished steel tubes shallbe free of scale and suitable for inspection.A slight amount of oxidationis not considered scale.

Ferritic alloy hot-finished steel tubes shall be free of loose scale and suitable for inspection.

Stainless steel tubes shall be pickled free of scale.When bright annealing is used, pickling is not necessary.

Any special finish requirement shall be subject to agreement between the supplier and the purchaser.
