Cast Iron T-Slot Plate for Worktable Measurement

T-groove plate material: high strength cast iron ht200-300, working face hardness hb170-240, after two manual treatment (artificial annealing 600-700 degrees and natural aging for 2-3 years), the product has stable precision and good wear resistance. Precision: according to the national standard metrological verification regulation, it is 0,1,2,3.

Specification of T-groove flat plate: 1000 × 1000-2000 × 4000 (this product is manufactured and processed according to customer's drawings or agreed by both parties, and can be produced according to the size and weight required by users).

Materials and Processing:

(1) The material of our surface plate/table is cast iron HT200-300

(2) Working surface hardness is HB170-240

(3) Low inaccuracy error and good in grinding resistance.
