At the heart of our panels lies an innovative polymer composite material. This material is formulated with nano-engineered fillers that significantly enhance its thermal resistance while maintaining excellent mechanical properties. The result is a lightweight panel with superior insulation capabilities, enabling tighter temperature control and reduced energy consumption.

Multi-Layer Insulation System

The insulation system within our cold storage panels consists of multiple layers of advanced materials. A vacuum-sealed gas barrier layer eliminates convective heat transfer, while a reflective foil layer minimizes radiative heat losses. An intermediate layer of high-performance insulation material further enhances the thermal efficiency of the system.

Precision-Engineered Thermal Breaks

To prevent thermal bridging, our panels feature precision-engineered thermal breaks. These strategically positioned breaks disrupt the continuous thermal path, ensuring that heat does not propagate from warmer areas to colder areas within the cold storage facility. This results in improved temperature stability and reduced energy losses.
