Alloy3003 H24 Temper Grade 24 Gauge Thick White Color Hammer Embossed Aluminum Sheet Used For Refrigertor Interior Panel
Production Introduction Of Embossed Aluminum Sheet:
Embossed aluminum sheet refers to aluminum sheet that is pressed with a mold to create a pattern or texture on its surface. This process not only gives the aluminum sheet a unique and decorative appearance, but also enhances its mechanical properties such as stiffness and strength. Embossed aluminum sheets are widely used in various industries due to their lightweight, corrosion resistance, and ease of processing. Some common applications include building facade cladding, interior decoration, automotive parts, and electrical appliances. The patterns and textures on the embossed aluminum sheet can vary depending on the specific mold used, allowing for a wide range of customization options to meet different design and functional requirements.
Aluminum Alloy 3003 Chemical Composition & Mechanical Property:
3003 alloy is an AL-Mn series alloy, which is also the most widely used rust-proof aluminum. This alloy has a slightly higher strength than commercial pure aluminum, but it cannot be strengthened through heat treatment. Therefore, cold working methods are usually adopted to improve its mechanical properties. In the annealed state, 3003 alloy exhibits high plasticity, and its plasticity is still good when semi-cold worked, but it is lower when cold worked. In addition, this alloy has good corrosion resistance and weldability, but its cutting performance is relatively poor.
