Interoperable AMR AMI Wireless Electricity Meter , Electricity Prepayment Meter
The CA368-M is a three phase four wire electric watt-hour multi-function meter finished in a compact BS footprint mounting case . It operates with GSM / GPRS wireless communication by DLMS / COSEM protocol, making it interoperable with devices and systems of the same protocol. This meter is a new generation developed as a core component of the Calin’s smart metering solution, aiming to optimize daily utility processes. It is used for commercial and light industrial environments.
The meter communicates with a back-end server through TCP/IP based GSM / GPRS / Ethernet connectivity , intended for Automatic Meter Reading on real time basis.The meter complies with IEC standard for active and reactive energy measurement and its terminal block is provided for both direct connection and CT/VT transformer connection. A buld-in clock in the meter is synchronized with the real time in the back-end server at preset interval, allowing the utility and service providers for utmost flexibility of tariff setting and contractual control.
Being connected to the back-end server through the connectivity of GSM GPRS, a utility or a service provider will have real-time monitoring and control on the load in the grid and effecient load management even at peak hours.
