When to start with Transitional Diamond Toolings

In some cases, such as restoration work it is possible to start the work with a #50 grit transitional polishing pad instead of using metal bond diamond discs. These transitional diamond toolings are robust enough to handle stains, anomalies, and some calcification in the floor. If the transitional polishing pads are used in the right circumstances, these transitional diamond tooling pads can drastically reduce the number of steps in the preparation and restoration processes.
