Introduction:
The Sawdust Carbonization Furnace, also called Environmental Continuous Gasification Carbonization Equipment, is used to convert the wood or agro waste,rice husk,sawdust,coconut shell materials containing carbon to charcoal powder under high temperature. The raw materials goes through the destructive distillation process in the oxygen-free environment to reach high carbonization degree. The materials required to be smaller than 15mm size, like sawdust, rice husks, groundnut shells, plants straws, tree barks and grinded cocont shells. So this equipment is also called Charcoal Powder Production Line.
The furnace takes full advantages of CO, methane, hydrogen and other flammable gas produced during the carbonization process and adopts the high technique of gas recovery, purification and recirculating combustion. It not only solves the air pollution caused by th heavy smoke during carbonization, but also supplies the heat energy needed by the production. Such design makes the self-sufficiency real, meanwhile, improves the continuity and economical efficienry to make full use of agroforestry waste ad change them to valuable. 4. Why it is no pollution ?
Smoking purification system are used for purify the smoking (can not burning) and filter the wood tar. The smoking through the purification system will become water vapor, and it will not pollute the air.
When during the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke.(can be burning) the smoke can return to the furnace through tube for purifying, after purification , the combustible smoking can be flow into the heating room of the main furnace for heating the stove again.
5. How many containers will it load?
One 40 feet container and one 20 feet container.
1.Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container.
2. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
