A baler is used for recycling applications. It is generally a hydraulic press that compacts materials into a dense package of a specific size. The compacted materials are then held together with wire, twine, or strapping.
Balers are used for the following reasons:
Balers minimize the amount of time spent managing materials, require less space for recycling bins, and increase the number of materials your business can recycle, therefore reducing waste disposal costs.
Balers have a steel frame that supports a hydraulic ram powered by an electric motor-driven pump. Hydraulic oil is then pumped under pressure to the cylinder and moves the plunger (ram) against the material that is being baled. The material is packed into a dense block (bale) in the bale chamber. Once it is made, it is tied by hand or mechanically and ejected from the baler.

2.PAYMENT TERMS:
50% of total amount should be paid by T/T as down payment ,the balance (50% of total amount) should be paid before delivery by T/T or irrevocable L/C by payment(at sight).
3.DELIVERY CONDITIONS:
3.1 Delivery condition: FOB Qingdao/ Shanghai port or CIF destination Port.
3.2 Delivery terms: Within 10-14 working days after receipt of advanced payment, the seller should inform the buyer to do inspection,the seller should finish packing of goods and ready for shipment within 15 working days after the seller receipt the full payment.
4.WARRANTY TERMS
5.1 Warranty period: 12 months, starting from the machine receipt in customer's warehouse
5.2 Seller shall grant: services and spare parts, free-of-charge service throughout the entire equipment during warranty period.
5.3 long life service: the seller should provide long life service for the sold goods, the buyer pay for needed spare parts after the 12months warranty terms.
5.INSPECTION
When the machine finished, the seller should inform the buyer to do inspection before shipment, the seller guaranty good performance of all the sold goods.the seller undertake the material cost for the machine inspection in seller's factory. the buyer should come to seller's factory to do the inspection work, or the buyer could entrust any third party to come to seller's factory to do the inspection work.
6.INSTALLATION AND EQUIPMENT COMMISSIONING:
if the buyer requires, the seller should send technician team to buyer's factory for installation and testing the whole line, and the buyer should undertake the whole food/place and round tickets (airplane, food, hotel, and so on), and pay salary to engineer for 100 usd/day/engineer.

1. Pour the raw material(cocopeat) into compression chamber evenly, and spread material evenly.
2. Press the start button of block making machine, main press shaft of block machine will be drop, then press the material compaction.
3. Lift the compression chamber, the finished cocopeat block will be pull out by the scraping plate.
The scraping plate returned, drop the compression chamber fall, then take out the cocopeat block.

After-sale:
1. Start production as soon as receiving down payment.
2. Send photos of machine in manufacturing and finished photos to client, for your better

3. Delivery machine in time, taking photos during loading, so you can "remote monitoring"
your goods.

5. Manual documents available. Engineer can be sent to client site for installation instruction.
