light pole machining step:

1. cut to length line

decoiler---side guiding unit---leveling machine---cutting machine transverse shear ---taper slitting

It is for light pole material uncoiling, leveling, cutting, scrape edge slitting and taper slitting process,

to get one side small width, one side big width steel plate.

2. CNC Tandem press brake tobend the pole

This machine was combined by two sets of press brake. tandem achieve synchronization working.

single machine was combined by worktable ram and right and left wall board. wall board adopt

assemble structure due to the transportation. the rack has enough rigidity. two cylinders install to

the right and left wall board, under the effect of electric operation system, drive the slider running

down. on slide there is upper dies, when upper and lower dies touch workpieces, system raise

pressure, form the workpieces. use different dies, under different bending, can get the different

types of workpieces. the quality is reliable and stable.

3. light pole shutting welding machine

circle taper light pole. it is automatic welding line, the dolly with speed adjustable motor can pull the

will stop automatically.

8. light pole door cutting machine

It is suitable for conical, octagonal light pole door CNC cutting, Also it can cut round pipe.

The cutting shape can be circle, square, rectangle, elliptic type etc and any which can be draw

designed by computer.
