Description

Safety technical requirements:

1. A safety valve is installed at the bottom of the coil heat exchanger, the opening pressure is less than or equal to the corresponding design pressure (it should be stated when ordering the safety valve), and the installation and use of the safety valve are in compliance with the regulations;

2. Where conditions permit, an expansion pipe leading upwards to the atmosphere can be installed on the top of the heat exchanger;

3. Set up expansion tank or pressure expansion tank connected with heat exchanger to withstand the expansion of tank and system.

4. The coil type heat exchanger should be inspected regularly during the use process, and the appearance inspection should be carried out at least once a year; the internal and external inspection should be carried out at least once every three years; and the inspection should be carried out at least once every six years.
