Description

The cryogenic liquid nitrogen storage tank is a large-scale super pressure vessel equipment for storing liquid nitrogen with double-layer vertical circular cylindrical vacuum insulation. The inner and outer materials are made of different steels, and the interlayer between the two layers is filled with expanded perlite. The specially treated adsorbent will keep the vacuum of the interlayer well and prevent the leakage and evaporation of liquid nitrogen inside the storage tank.

Boosting range:

1. Check whether the pressure gauge and liquid level gauge of the cryogenic liquid nitrogen storage tank are in working condition.

2. Make sure that the gas passing valve is fully open.

3. Slowly open the front valve (booster valve) of the supercharger to make the liquid enter the supercharger to vaporize. During the pressurization process, pay close attention to the change of the indicated value of the pressure gauge.
