Product Description
The CAFS5006 Sensor is designed with a microelectromechanical system (MEMS) flow sensing chip, making it ideal for various applications requiring the measurement and control of clean, relatively dry small flow gases. The unique packaging technology ensures the product meets different flow measurement ranges, guaranteeing high sensitivity, reliability, stability, and cost-effectiveness.
Based on a MEMS flow sensing unit and a high-precision digital processing and calibration circuit (MCU), the sensor includes an integrated Δ-ΣA/D converter and an internal calibration logic circuit. This ensures real-time signal collection and accurate flow signal processing, eliminating the need for external calibration. The friendly digital output communication mode facilitates easy integration and data communication. The sensor is versatile and suitable for a wide range of applications.
