CPS610 Pressure Sensor Overview
The CPS610 Pressure Sensor is an ultra-small, high-precision semiconductor sensor designed for differential pressure measurement. The sensor features a JEDC standard SOIC-16 package with vertical double air nozzles and barbs for easy installation and use. This pressure sensor includes an I2C interface and uses a unique algorithm to achieve multi-order temperature compensation.
