Product Description
The CMF5025 Gas Mass Flow Meter employs a micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) flow sensor chip, designed for a wide range of applications involving clean, relatively dry gas flow measurement and process control. Its unique packaging technology allows the product to meet different flow measurement ranges, ensuring high sensitivity, reliability, stability, and cost-effectiveness.
The CMF5025 is based on a MEMS flow sensing unit and high-precision digital processing and calibration circuitry (MCU). The integrated Δ-Σ A/D converter, along with internal calibration logic circuitry and an MCU processor, ensures real-time, effective signal acquisition and accurate flow measurement. Internal compensation algorithms eliminate the need for external calibration, ensuring high-precision flow output. The user-friendly digital communication output allows for easy data acquisition. The product is suitable for a wide range of applications.
