1.The measuring medium must be compatible with 304 stainless steel and nitrile rubber.
2.If possible, the electrical connection of the pressure transmitter should be as vertical as possible. Measurement of dry gas pressure except indoors and in dry conditions;
3.When the pressure vessel being measured has a water or Air Hammer, a buffer valve must be installed at the front of the pressure transmitter interface.
4.When used to measure the pressure of the outlet of a pressure pump, a buffer valve or a buffer bend must be added at the front end of the pressure transmitter.
5.When a pressure transmitter is installed in the pipeline, the first step is to clean up the liquid at the threaded port and install the pressure transmitter. The second step is to slowly open the valve after installation to prevent pressure impact.
6.When a pressure transmitter is mounted on a turn pipe, it should be at least 9 times the diameter of the pipe at the turn and preferably downstream of the turn flow.
7.When a motor is present in the measuring system, ensure that the motor housing and the housing of the power supply for the pressure transmitter are at the same potential and that the resistance between the housing and the Earth does not exceed 9;
8.When there is a transducer in the measuring system, the shell of the motor controlled by the transducer should be connected to the ground wire of the power supply of the pressure transmitter.
9.When the pressure hole of the pressure transmitter is blocked, it is forbidden to use the sharp device to dredge the pressure hole. 10.The pressure transmitter should be dismounted and the part of the pressure hole should be immersed into the liquid that can dissolve the blocked material. If the user needs to calibrate zero or calibration full range should be under the guidance of our technical people, do not open the transmitter to adjust;
11.The pressure transmitter should be installed in a position that is not vulnerable to collision and trampling;
12.Transmission Cables for pressure transmitters shall not be placed in the same threading tube or in the same wiring groove as other high-voltage or high-voltage cables;
13.When installing pressure transmitters in the Dorey area, be sure to install lightning protection devices and ensure that the pressure transmitters and power supply are reliably connected to the ear;
