I. Order Procedure.

1. Contact us via E-mail or instant chat APPs.Tell us as much as information about the product you want to custom.

For example:
Paper box : the box style,box dimension, the materials ( such as paper weight),the surface finishing (such as spot UV, hot stamping ,glossy/matte laminated,emboss/deboss,etc ), quantity, etc. Or show us the artwork if you have.
Paper bag : the bag dimension ( length,width,height in CM or Inch), the surface finishing, quantity, materials if you know ( artpaper or Kraft paper , and the weight of the paper ). It would be better if you have artwork of the bag. If you don't, we offer simple design service for FREE.
Books,notebooks,catalogues,brochures printing : how many Pages or sheets ( 2 pages = 1 sheet ),binding methods ,quantity,hardcover or soft cover,surface finishing,etc.

2. We will calculate the cost according to the information above and send it to customer for reference.

3. Order confirmed.

4. Sampling if necessary.

5. Customer pays down payment.

6. Order materials, start the bulk production.

7. Report the production progress.

8. Production finished.

9. Customer inspection if necessary.

10. customer pays the balance. Shipment arranged.
