1). Q: How long can I get your quotation after the inquiry?

A: We have the 24*7 online service, your quotation should with the due particulars, say product material & type, printing type, color, usage, MOQ, certificates, paper type, surface finish etc. We can give you quotation in one normal working week. If you need the sample, sample can express mail to you in 3 days worldwide.

2) Q: What about the mass production duration?
A: Normally 10-15 days after confirmation of the deposit and PI. Pressing order receivable.

3) If for a mass production, does free sample available.
Of course, before the mass production, we send you free sample. For the first pilot order, we only charge material fee for sample; if the MOQ achieve the goal, sample is free of charge.

4) Q: How long can I get the sample?
A: First according to your PDF or AI format file, we confirm the process requirements. And then ready-made sample which sent by express mail to you, it is about 1-3 working days.

5) Q: Can I get the sample before the mass production?
A: Of course, we should express mail the sample to you before mass production for particulars confirmation. From the client’s perspective, as the professional printer, we can manipulate all the technical parameters judging from the PDF and AI file. And anything is negotiable.
