Specification:

1 . Adopt Mitsubishi double servo system to drive with more precise and low maintenance.

2. Weinview brand touch screen to display, order changing(stitching pitch, stitching number, stitching style, and back baffle) is very fast and easy, Omran PLC control.

3. Back baffle is driven by stepping motor with accurate size control, size is changed quickly.

4. All the contactors are Shilin Taiwan in the control cabinet, optical switch and proximity switch are Omronl.

5. Knife blade and under mould are made of alloy tungsten with wear-resistant specaility.

6. Stitching head parts are made of special steel and precisely treated by CNC

7. Single stitching(/), double stitching(//), strengthening stitching(// / / // )can be finished once, which meet clients’ different demands.

8. Carton size changing and stitching pitch adjust will be finish within one minute, which saves more operation time

9. The front paper conveying part counts automatically, optical reflect device is equipped at the paper feeding platform which goes up when paper is fed.
