KC-CPL 1800 Automatic Control 3/5/7 Ply Corrugated Cardboard Production Line With High Speed

1. Maximum production width of corrugated board: 1800mm

2. Design speed: 200m/min; Economic speed: 150m/min

Note: The paper for production line speed test should meet the following requirements: (The surface temperature of equipment is not lower than 172°C)

* The grade of the base paper must not be lower than Grade B

* The water content of the base paper is approximately: 11% ± 2%

* Face Paper: 100-250g/m2 * Core Paper: 100--250g/m2

*Paper tiles: 100-200g/m2

3, corrugated type combination: A, B, C, E (or selected by the customer)

4, steam requirements:

* Steam volume 2500-3000Kg/Hr * Maximum pressure: 1.2Mpa

*Common pressure: 0.8-1.1Mpa

6, power supply: 380V 50Hz three-phase four-wire system
