How to send the design ?

1. We provide the template for your design or you can send us the artwork with 1:1 size with 150-300 dpi

2. What is the min order with custom size flag ?

3. Can we just order the printed flags without hardware?

Yes

4. You can print the different image on each side of the flag with the same price ?

Yes ,no matter printing same graphic or different ,the price is the same

5. What is the quality warranty of hardware ?

6. How to place the order ?

Please email me your inquiry with email or online , then we send offer ,once the price is confirm , we will send you the template for design , or if you already have ,then just send to us ,then we will send you the proof for your approval , then we will the PI , the order will be arranged against the deposit and balance will against shipment.

7. What is your payment term ?

30% deposit and balance against shipment with T /T or Paypal or Western Union or Money gram or L/C

8. What is the sample cost ?

USD40 per set for any size of our teardrop flag banner .

9. What is the lead time for samples ?

2-3 days

10. The sample cost can be returned ?

Yes ,if the order quantity is over 100 sets ,we will refund it to you.

11. How do you match the color ?

Please send us the real sample to match the color or tell us each color Pantone Number.
