Battery Explosion Proof Test Chamber

Model: GX-FB-200

The battery explosion-proof box is mainly used for over-charging and discharging of the battery. In the charge-discharge test, the battery is placed in an explosion-proof box and externally charged and discharged in the tester. Protect operators and instruments.

Explosion Box size 500*500*500mm * 2 (length * width * height)
Material

Outer box: 1.5mm thick cold rolled sheet and treated with baking finish,

Inner box: SUS#201 stainless steel. Thickness 1.0mm
Door

Made of stainless steel, silicone Fastening bar is for better sealability, and there is a observation window at front side

Connected to the box by a strong hinge, and the explosion-proof cold handle door lock

Inside of the test box: affixed with Teflon tape to prevent corrosion, insulation, flame retardant and easy to clean
Testing hole Located the left side of each box, φ 50mm (the number and direction of test holes can be specified)
Exhaust fan Each layer has a separate test panel to control the exhaust in each test chamber, and the exhaust fan in the box can be opened to exhaust smoke during the test
lighting device Each layer of the cabinet is equipped with a lighting device to facilitate observation of the sample
