PSA ( Pressure Swing Adsorption) Technology is a revolution in Non-Cryogenic Air Separation and

Oxygen Generation Technology uses a special grade of ZMS ( Zeolite Molecular Sieve).

The compressed air is passed through a Twin Tower PSA module interconnected with automatic

changeover valves. After passing through a Refrigerated Dryer air gets dried. Dried compressed air

will now come in contact with the bed of Zeolite molecular sieves (ZMS). Zeolite Molecular Sieves are a special

grade of adsorbent that has the property of preferential adsorption of nitrogen molecules. At a time

one tower remains under the nitrogen production cycle, whereas the other tower undergoes regeneration

which is achieved through depressurization of the tower to atmospheric pressure. The outgoing oxygen

gas is sent to a surge vessel where the minimum pressure will be maintained with the help of a Backpressure Regulator

Principle:

The traditional methods of making oxygen need to cool air into liquid, via exacting to get oxygen. PSA oxygen generator under normal temperature, and normal pressure working, had the following advantages:

 Lower cost, PSA oxygen system choosing special ZMS CMS and advanced technical design make the plant lower investments, lower consumption, compared to another oxygen system little maintenance, etc characteristics.

 Compared to air separation, which needs a small area, a perfect constructor, safe area, it can be used both outdoors and indoors.

 Operate quickly, Oxygen can be supplied within 5 minutes, shut convenient, can operate easily, the system will control automatically fully, no need for workers on duty.

 Working under normal temperatures, and lower pressure, the whole recovering process does no need heating, it is safe.

 The oxygen purity and capacity can adjust easily, strong adaption, oxygen purity (30%-93%), and purity can control, while the oxygen capacity or purity down can greatly save energy.

 Super filter protective system reduces the pollution for ZMS CMS, advanced molecular sieves compressed technology reduces sieves pulverization, and bed down reduce function.

Application :

1. After the oxygen generator, the oxygen purification system is equipped to guarantee the quality

of the O2 and remove dust, eliminate bacteria, and stabilize pressure to ensure the oxygen

outputted stably and meets medical standards.
2. Users only need to turn the start/stop button to gain oxygen with designing the required flow capacity

and purity within 30 minutes.

3. Single line and double line types are available for option. Users are suggested to choose the single

line type when they only require a stable flow capacity; choose double lines when demand is unstable

and sometimes meet extra peak values.
