Hydrogen Recovery Unit OPPORTUNITY
In methanol production, synthesis gas is generated by reforming natural gas with steam. The synthesis gas is compressed and then reacted to form methanol. Unreacted syngas is recycled to the reactor. Since the normal ratio of hydrogen to carbon in the synthesis gas is greater than 2 ( the value required for methanol synthesis), excess hydrogen is removed by purging a hydrogen rich stream from the reactor loop and sending it to fuel.

easily expanding with steel strip,all these atomic
group cracking place hydrogen is saturation,easily
become volatilization light hydrocarbon(450℃,while
H2 helpful for restore carbon,however there still
some carbon which inside steel surface,while 700℃
H2 will reacte directly with carbon,reacte CH4

Steel annealing former process will use rolling oil,rolling oil main part is mineral oil,its main part including
each hydrocarbon-called impurities,mineral oil including sulphur,N2,O2 etc element
Recovering principle:
Bell type furnace system produce waste gas via former treatment unit(dry or water spraying)remove
waste gas dust,oil etc impurities,then waste gas via gas,water separator remove water&some oil, enter
into blower,the gas after supercharged will into deaerator remove O2,water will be produced&release
plenty of heat, after treatment gas via cooler discharge water&cooling,separate water via gas,water
separator,while oil filter remove oil,via adsorbing dryer to deeply remove oil,water,CO2 etc micro
impurities,finished waste gas purificaiton process; after that via pressure adjust device send to
furnace .
