Process Description:
VPSA series oxygen making device uses molecular screening to selectively adsorb oxygen in the air at room temperature, and reduces the pressure of the adsorption tower to desorb the oxygen adsorbed in the molecular sieve, so as to realize the adsorption desorption cycle operation and continuously produce oxygen with purity of 90-95%. Due to its low energy consumption and simple operation, the device is widely used in glassware polishing and total oxygen combustion supporting of glass kiln. A large number of practical cases have proved that the use of VPSA series oxygen making devices in the glass industry can save you 30-60% of energy consumption
