◎ Frame,
Integrated welding frame structure, rough machining after high temperature annealing, finish rough machining machine bed after secondary processing, finish the final machining process, overcome the machine deformation caused by welding and processing stress, so as to greatly improve the stability of the machine.
The whole machine adopts the integrated design, because the integrated design makes the whole structure become the reinforcing rib of the frame, which is redundant but not more than. It effectively makes the whole machine play a good mechanical decomposition in the process of movement, and will not cause equipment deformation and other problems due to local limited force.
◎ Chuck mechanism,
● The fixed chuck uses four claws to clamp the pipe automatically, and the claw end is equipped with a roller mechanism, which can realize automatic fast clamping and centering.
● The moving chuck servo motor drives the synchronous rotation movement, which can realize the rapid rotation and cutting of the pipe without twisting the pipe.
● Pneumatic chuck can quickly clamp round tube / square tube / rectangular tube / elliptical tube.
● The patented chuck technology has four claw opposite movement automatic centering, which can support the pipe to realize the clamping and centering function.
● Thin chuck design, can easily enter the inside of fixed chuck, realize tailing cutting.
◎ Intelligent pneumatic mechanism,
● The gas path of fiber laser cutting machine is mainly divided into two parts. One part is the auxiliary gas for processing, including nitrogen, oxygen and air; the other part is the auxiliary working gas for locking mechanism, dust removal mechanism, cutting head cooling and other functional requirements, mainly dry and oil-free compressed air.
● Cutting auxiliary gas nitrogen, oxygen, air three kinds of gas can be freely selected through the system switching, without manual intervention, convenient and accurate control, effectively avoid unnecessary failure caused by human error.
◎ CNC System introduction,
This CNC cutting control system is developed based on Windows platform, using high-performance motion control card, and CNC control system can achieve a comprehensive docking, therefore, the real-time control of machine tools and lasers and software upgrade is more convenient and fast. It can be operated in several languages.
◎ Cooling system,
With independent patent refrigerator and deep cooperation with domestic first-line well-known brands, it has good stability performance and supports two-way temperature independent control. It can cool the laser and cutting head with different cooling temperatures to avoid damage caused by condensation and make the equipment run more stable.
