Performance and features:
This combined production line consists of uncoiler, feeder, pinch, pre -leveler, scrap shear, Exchanged double slitter, scrap coiler, fine leveler, shear, stacker, uncoiler, etc. it is used for cutting steel coil into required width and length so as to produce material for the manufacturing of steel structure, H beam, automobile beam, pipe welding, cold forming, punching, etc.
The slitting line PLC control ,human-machine interface, according to a high degree of automation ,simple operation and reliable.
It can be used to process metal coils of stainless steel, carbon steel, iron, aluminum, galvanized tape, copper and other materials. It is widely used in welding pipe, automobile, watch, metal building materials, industrial plant and other fields.
