2. Introducing advanced European technology and adopting integrated hydraulic control system, it has good reliability. more reliable and easy for maintenance.Siemens motors, Allead pumps and Rexroth hydraulic valves are used ont the Shear.

3. The new high-power servo motor is applied to our hydraulic plate shearing machine. When the machine is not working, the motor is in the stop state, which can not only prevent the oil temperature of the oil tank from rising too fast, but also save electricity, save energy and environmental protection and reduce production costs.

4. The Hydraulic Shear is a variable Rake Action machine which is produced in a variety of cutting lengths & capacity. Back-gauge beam moving is controlled by NC/CNC controller. Cutting angle and up/low blades clearance can be operated by NC/CNC controller according to different plates thickness. Ball screw and linear guider are used in Back-gauge. It improves the shearing effective and shearing quality.

5. High accuracy back gauge with ball screw and linear guider.The distance of the backgauge is adjusted by AC motor or servo motor and is easy adjusted and displayed by NC controller E21s or TP-07 or Delem DAC310 360T.

6. Equipped lighting-alignment, so easy to align when shearing. special for some users who needs measure different sizes in two sides firstly, and then cut down.
