4, Machine bed

5, High speed transmission System
The Laser cutter adopts gantry double driving structure and high damping machine tool bed, Imported AC servo system and driver system, imported gear and rack transmission, linear guide track for guiding, to ensure the high speed, high precision and high reliability of the machine.
6, CNC Control System
CNC control system CYPCUT includes laser cutting process, normal stock layout function and laser processing control. It mainly has drawing process, parameters setting, user-defined cutting process edit, stock layout, route planning and cutting control. The cutting power could be adjusted with the cutting speed. The individual pull in and pull out speed could be set. It also has material process library, which could save all the process parameters for the same material.
Software is powerful, simple to operate, compatible with DXF, PLT, AI, NC-MASTER format and etc.
7, Automatic pneumatic clamp system
■ Wireless handheld control box, clamp claw one key loose and clamp.
■ Two banks rollers, more well-distributed clamp force, with higher accuracy when cut small pipe.
■ Pneumatic clamp, great and stable holding force, pipe does not loose and slip.
■ 220mm total pneumatic clamp, total pneumatic clamp, does not need to change claws, easy to operate.
■ Double automatic centering clamp, fast speed clamp for rectangle and oval pipes. The abnormal shape pipe needs special clamp claws.
8, Red Light Indicating System
The coaxial red light is used as the indicator to make it simple to adjust optical system and more accurate to posit working point.
9, Professional pipe cutting system
■ Professional pipe cutting software supports cutting round pipe, square pipe, oval pipe, angle iron and channel iron and other pipes.
■ By nest software, can realize layout design, common cutting and other special process. When cutting, can realize real time centering and real time offset compensation, pipe surface revise, pipe corner process, fast speed “frog-jump”.
10, Water Cooling System
The water cooling system is equipped and the temperature could be indicated. The water cooling system would start working automatically when the temperature is higher than the preset value and stop working automatically when the temperature is below the preset value.
11, Rotary Clamp
Rotary clamp can maximum hold round pipe Ф20mm-Ф220mm, square pipes 20mmx20mm- 150mmx150mm, with thickness 12mm, length 6000mm. Material supporting device can be kept stable for a long time to work.
12, Dust Extraction Unit
The machine tool is also equipped with exhaust fan to remove the dust and exhaust gas, which could reduce the harm to personnel safety and equipment.
