Electric-Hydraulic Servo CNC Press Brake with Robot automatic bending

Application Introduction,

This CNC machine is composed of one CNC Press brake, one robot, a feeding system, a gripper system, and an automatic alignment system for the back gear. Bending robot can save manpower, have low use value, ensure the consistency of bending workpieces, and help improve corporate image and competitiveness to a higher level.
Press brakes and bending robots are indispensable equipment in sheet metal processing and are widely used in various sheet metal processing industries, such as aircraft, ships, automobiles, electronic equipment, instrumentation and medical equipment and other sheet metal industries.

Principe and Features of the machine:

1. CNC Electro-hydraulic servo motors + pumps CNC press brake is two servo main motors which drives 2 way pumps to control Ram up/down synchronously.
2. CNC bending machine with streamlined design, high speed, high precision,high rigidity, and performance stably.
3. Good anti-knock frame (welded-steel plate construction), whole frame is been tempering,reduce modification,using large CNC Broing & Milling machine,process in one time, ensure high-precision.
4. Mechanical (hydraulic) crowning compensation device is equipped.
5. Backgauge is driven by digital servo motors, moved with ball screw,guided by linear guide .High precision .
Multi backgauge axes are available steel weld machine frame gets annealing treatment with constant accuracy CNC controller.

Program description (operation steps):
The operator presses the start button →
The robot takes the material from the upper material plate and places it on the gravity centering platform →
After positioning, the robot takes the material to bend at the bending machine and bends the flanging features on both sides →
After bending, the robot puts the workpiece on the posture conversion frame and switches the posture →
After changing the posture, the robot grabs the workpiece to bend the gooseneck groove feature →
After bending, the robot places the workpiece on the lower material plate →
Complete the bend
