Control Technology of performer Pressure

We provide standard top and bottom pressure wool embryo extruder, as well as servo system performer extruder with multi-stage pressure adjustment control, to meet your pressure test program under different conditions. For some basic sealing belt requirements, we also provide economical hair germ machine. At the same time, it also provides the integrated machine of wool embryo pressing and extrusion, so as to meet your larger production and less floor space.

Our two-in-one performer machine and extruder technology, two performer and one extrusion equipment can better improve production, while saving labor and space.

Dual extrusion equipment with less floor area and higher productivity can also be provided. Dual-hole guide plate technology can also be provided to realize the simultaneous pressing of two hair germs in calender. It is especially suitable for short fiber products with low width requirement, but with high thickness uniformity requirement. Such double-hole extrusion and calendering can be realized simultaneously. Directional technology is very effective. The cost of production, equipment investment and efficiency are greatly reduced.
