Our CNC Lathes has three configurations: Single Turret Single Spindle, Single Turret Twin Spindle and Twin Turret Twin Spindle. It also has automatic feeding function. Using CAM programming of Esprit software, the following cutting actions can be carried out: Straight Turning, Taper Turning, Parting Cutting, Facing Turning, Contour Turning, Form Turning.

CNC Machining Center is composed of mechanical equipment and CNC system, which is suitable for high-efficiency automated machine tools for machining complex parts. Its comprehensive machining ability is strong, the workpiece can complete more machining content after one clamping, and the machining accuracy is high. The accuracy of CNC Machining Center can reach ±0.01mm. The maximum machining size of CNC Machining Center is 1100mm*600mm*500mm, and the minimum machining size is 2mm*2mm*2mm.

Ordinary lathe is a horizontal lathe which can process many kinds of workpieces such as axles, discs, rings and so on. It is often used to process the inner and outer revolving surfaces, end faces and various internal and external threads of workpieces. The corresponding tools and accessories are used, and drilling, reaming, tapping and knitting can also be carried out. This lathe is mainly manually operated by workers with low production efficiency and is suitable for single-piece, small-batch production. The accuracy of ordinary Lathe can reach ±0.01mm. The maximum machining size of CNC Machining Center is φ400mm, and the minimum machining size is φ2mm.
