PPH Storage Tanks Are Used For Storage Of Materials In Pharmaceutical Industry Production

Product introduction: The storage tank is made using a one-time molding process. The equipment is safe to use and there is no risk of leakage. It is widely used in the storage and temporary storage of materials in the production of chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical and other industries.
Conditions of use: Operating pressure: -2000Pa-+3000Pa (normal pressure). Use it statically (that is, fixed) and cannot be used as a transport tank.
Operating temperature: PPH type (-10℃-+95℃) HDPE type (-30℃-+45℃). According to different usage environments and materials, storage tanks that meet the requirements can be designed.
Equipment processing technology: the welding coefficient is greater than 0.9, and the welding melt pressure depth is not less than 1.5mm~2.0mm.
Welding rod requirements: Use a semicircular welding rod with low curvature, low bottom height and approximately winged shape.
Surface treatment before welding: In order to increase the mechanical bite force between the welded parts and the welded object, use a sharp tool to push vertically and scrape to a depth of more than 1mm.
Flange connection standard: in accordance with the Ministry of Chemical Industry HG20952-2009 standard.
Equipment manufacturing standards comply with European standards: NF EN 12573:2000.
