Hyperbolic aluminum veneer is a type of aluminum veneer classification. Hyperbolic refers to two different arcs overlapping on the same surface, starting from a different center and drawing arcs with two radii. The processing technology of hyperbolic panels is divided into two parts. The first part is sheet metal processing, which processes the appearance, size, and other "major directions" of hyperbolic aluminum veneer according to the design of the drawing. The processing process involves cutting, folding, bending, welding, polishing, and other processes to process the aluminum veneer into the shape and size required for construction. This part of the process determines important parameters such as the curvature and appearance of the aluminum veneer. The second part of the process is spraying, which involves spraying paint on the processed hyperbolic plate after acid pickling and passivation treatment.
