1. Description:
Wheel Material: Phenolic wheels are manufactured by impregnating and impregnating fibers with phenolic resin and molded under high pressure and high temperature. Lubrication-For casters designed to work at higher temperatures, manufacturers must use grease and other lubricants rated for high temperatures. If necessary, they also add seals to prevent lubricant from flowing out of the casters.
Bearings: The steel ball bearings in standard casters cannot support well at high temperatures. Manufacturers usually use stainless steel, which has a higher rating. Another option is to use a bronze sleeve in the wheel hole instead of the ball bearing; it has a higher temperature rating, but it will not roll. Bearings suitable for high temperatures must be selected for operation in high temperature environments.
