CNC 2D EPS cutting machine/polystyrene foam cutting machine

1. Main Introduction:

1. Equipped with a piece of 3KW transformer,

adjustable power output ranges

from 0 to 7V under electrical control.

2. Ability to synchronously cut 20 pieces of identical figures or

letters due to 20 heating cords mounted on the cutting frame.

3. Specialized touch screen controller,

easy to set parameters;

3B codes of the cutting figures/letters

can be input to the controller from the U memory disk,

the simple codes of figures can be entered on the touch screen.

2. Description Of 2D EPS cutting machine

Cutting line: Hot Wire

D&T series 2D EPS cutting machine is a special cutting machine,

which is for complex shapes of EPS products.

THis kind of cutter has one or sevaral cutting lines for different production request.

All the machines are driven by the remarkable D&T Profiler software,

which speeds up the design process and enables the operator

to obtain the best yield from the foam block.

It includes: All Motor will stop when the safety door be opened;

Exigency button on both machine and control box for accident;

brake system when cutting line broken.
