Description:

The D&T series hot wire contour cutter is a special cutting machine for the complex shape of EPS products. This kind of cutter has one or more cutting lines for different production demands.

All machines are driven by the excellent D&T Profiler software. This speeds up the design process and allows operators to get the best yield from their foam blocks.

The Hot Wire Contour Cutter is equipped with a perfect safety system to prevent accidents. All motors stop when the safety door is opened, and both the machine and the control box have emergency buttons to prevent accidents.
