working principle
1. After the foam is placed on the platform, the drive motor on the base, together with the V-belt and the worm gear reducer, drive the transmission gear and rack behind the platform to rotate, so that the platform moves to the guide rail and passes through the drum in a reciprocating manner. Both ends of the guide rail are equipped with adjustable travel switches, so that the platform can move in a parallel direction within the preset space range to ensure parallel feeding and cutting. A buffer is installed between the platform and the guide rail to reduce the vibration generated when the platform moves.
2. The belt cutter wheel is installed on the belt cutter holder. The drive motor cooperates with the V-belt pulley to decelerate, and drives the belt cutter wheel to rotate, so that the belt cutter rotates around the belt cutter wheel. The belt knife holder is equipped with belt knife grinding wheels to keep the blade sharp. The lifting and lowering of the belt tool rest is controlled by another drive motor. After the drive motor is decelerated by the gear reducer, the drive motor drives the lead screw together with the bevel gears at both ends, thereby driving the lead screw nut and the sliding sleeve connected with the lead screw nut to realize the lifting movement.
