Description

Front:

- collar to be 3.5cm wide, finished with an edge stitch on the top and bottom edge.
- outer and inner collar to be in black mock suede.
- collar to have 1x metal popper button closure.
- popper buttons to be gunmetal metal STUDIO branded poppers.
- shoulder to have a DTM black laid on PU patch.
- PU patch to measure 7cm wide and should have black top stitch rows, placed 2cm apart as per sample.
- front body to be in black mock suede.
- Cf zip closure to be in a gunmetal #5 metal zip. zip puller to be gunmetal STUDIO branded. zip tape to be DTM black colour and zip teeth to be gunmetal metal.
- front zip to have DTM black PU strips placed on either side of the zip as per sample, Black PU to measure 3cm wide, finished with an edge stitch.

- front LHSW & RHSW chest to have a horizontal functional zip pockets.
- zip to be placed 1.5cm away from the front PU panel on either side.
- chest zip to be 13cm long and should be a #5 gunmetal zip.
- Zip puller to be gunmetal metal
- zip teeth to be gunmetal metal and tape to be DTM black.
- front to have princess cutlines as per sample.
- to have RSW and LSW bottom angled functional pockets.
- pockets to have zip closure. zip to be no.5 gunmetal metal zip . zip puller to be gunmetal STUDIO branded. zip tape to be DTM black colour and zip teeth to be gunmetal metal.
- horizontal cutline running across the bottom of the front to be finished with a foot stitch on either side..
- Hem to be finished with a solid welt/band to be in DTM black mock suede fabric.

- bottom welt to be 5cm wide and should be finished with a foot stitch on the top and bottom edge.
- sleeves to be in DTM black mock suede .
- top of sleeve to have 2x rows of DTM black PU fabric (2.5cm wide) as per sample, placed 17cm from sleeve head and should be 1.5cm apart from each other .
- sleeve to be a 2 piece sleeve and should have a functional zip gusset as per sample. zips to be gunmetal metal zips, pullers to be gunmetal metal. Zip tape to be DTM black .
- Sleeve hem to be finished as per sample.

Back:

- CB to have a vertical cutline, finished with a foot stitch on either side as per sample.
- back to be in DTM black mock suede fabric.
- mid back to have a horizontal cutline as per sample, finished with a foot stitch on either side.
- hem to be finished in back welt/band, to be in DTM black mock suede fabric, finished with a foot stitch on the top and bottom edge.

Inside:

- inside facing to be in DTM black mock suede fabric.
- inside LHSW and inside RHSW to have a welt pocket in DTM black suede fabric.
- inside lining to be in DTM black jacquard fabric.
- please ensure that CB has a 2.5cm wide pleat.
- please ensure no seam slippage of any linings.
- sleeve linings to be DTM 210T poly lining.
- inside back neck to have a mock suede island patch, place STUDIO label onto island patch, leaving 1cm mock suede all around the label (as per label placement on sample).

All stitching to be DTM thick thread.

All metal trim to be gunmetal color.
