Description

Front:

Fabric base to be printed/coated nylon.
Print to be copied from fabric provided - black base with white print.
Styling features to be copied as per sample.
Neckline to be funnel neck - inside neck to have rib lining as per sample. Rib to be plain black rib.
Pls add removable hood with zip attachment, zip to be black nylon zip with standard small zip puller.
Hood to be 3 panels as per pics.
Hood to be lined with black single jersey - it must have the same level of wadding as the body please.
Keep the double popper closure as per pics - poppers to be black coated metal - unbranded, 1.8cm diameter.
Hood connection zip to have 1.5cm facing covering the zip as per the pics.
CF to have PU insets piping.
CF and chest zips to be black plastic teeth and sliders, pullers to be metal but coated black - puller example attached.
CF and chest zips to be size 5.
Keep chest panel with zips as per sample.
Chest pockets to be functional - keep PU insets on pockets as per sample.
Keep body panels as per sample with twin needle stitching .
Side pockets to be be welts,4cm wide with concealed popper.
Hemline to have square insets at CF as per sample.
Rib to be black nylon rib - quality required provided. Rib to 6.5cm wide.

Sleeves::
Shoulder to have laid on PU panel as per sample - all the way to the cuff.
Sleeve to have back cutline as per sample.
Cuff to be nylon rib, 6.5cm wide.

Back:
style to have back yoke.
keep side panels as per sample.

Inside:
Style to have wadding and lining as per sample .
Style to have black single jersey lining in the body, nylon lining in the sleeves.
Style to have self fabric facing on the CF, inside pocket as per sample.
Style to have self fabric buggy as per sample, with woven label attached.

All stitching to be DTM thick thread.

All metal trim to be gunmetal color.
