• It’s a Fully Automatic Egg Tray Production Line with a dryer, high automatic and save labors.
• Mainly used for the products with simple structure but in big quantity, such as egg trays, fruit trays, cup carriers and bottle trays and disposable medical care products.

How this Egg Tray Production Line Works:

1. Pulping System: Turn waste paper, such waste carton, used newspaper, into pulp of certain consistency. Main equipment: hydrapulper, pulp tanks, water tank, pulp pump, water pump, agitator, etc.
2. Forming System: When adjusting the pulp consistency, the pulp will go to the forming machine. With the help of vacuum and compressed air, the products will be formed on the moulds.
3. Drying System: After forming, the up mould will move forward and dryer automatically. you can choose Natural gas / LPG / Diesel / Heavy oil / Steam / Wood / Coal to heat up the wet products.
4. Stacking & Packing System: After dried, the products will go to package. Court the number of the dried products, sperate them and stack them up.
