1.The dry weight of per product is about 150-200g, and the thickness of per product is about 1-1.5mm. When producing products different thickness and weight, the capacity may be different.

2.The workshop size is for clients' reference and ie can be adjusted according to the actual size of clients' plant.

3.For other capacity, the machine and allocation can be desiged and made according to clients' actual requirement.

Descriptions:

  • This is a semi automatic pulp molding production line. The production line consists of forming machine, drying line, hot-press machine.
  • The formed products can be manually transferred to the drying line (or drying house) for drying; or dried by sunshine directly. After being dried, the products will be manually transferred into the hot-press machine to fix the shape.
  • Products are make from paper pulp(usually it is virgin pulp). It’s high-efficiency, energy-saving, durable, wieldy and safe.
  • The equipments can be allocated flexibly. One set drying production line can allocate multiple forming machines and hot-press machine.
  • These machines can be applied to produce various universal industrial packages.
  • There are reciprocating, turnover, single and double cylinders forming machines for client’s choice.
  • Forming machine with double cylinders and double positions can produce two kinds of products with different shape and thickness at the same time.
  • SIEMENS electrical control parts, FESTO & SMC pneumatic control parts.
  • Apply International famous brand of control parts to obtain excellent performance and universality maintainability.
  • The drying ways include flat conveyor drying , line drying room, sun drying, tunnel type drying line and hanging basket drying line.
