The classification of fiber glass purification tower : Wet Exhaust Gas Cleaning and Dry Exhaust Gas Scrubber.Wet Exhaust Gas Cleaning divided into : packed tower, scrubber tower, desulfurizing tower,Swirl plate tower ,bubble cap tower,stripping tower,absorbing tower; Dry Exhaust Gas Scrubber divided into: activated carbon adsorption tower ,SDG dry acid waste gas adsorption tower . It apply to dispose harmful gas: sulfuric acid mist (H2SO4), hydrogen chloride (HCL) gas and hydrogen fluoride (HF) gas, chromium acid (CrO3), hydrogen cyanide gas (HCN), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), ammonia (NH3), nitrogen oxide (NOx), organic acid, benzene e,etc. The adopted way is different according to different waste gas.It is more better that using dry adsorption way for organic waste gas, and using wet purification or wet+dry adsorption way for Inorganic acid .

Structure Composition

The customized dust catcher are composed by the filter chamber housing, clean air chamber enclosure, filter bag, filter cage, pulse injection device, ash hopper, screw conveyor and discharger, etc. At the end, it needs centrifugal fan for power system. In another type of dust catcher, the dedusting job can be done by every chamber isolation. The every chamber of the pulse and soot cleaning cycle by soot cleaning program controller.

  3. High-quality steel wire, multi-point welding automatic production line, galvanized protection treatment process, the filter bag frame produced has high strength and rigidity, without welding burrs, which reduces the mechanical wear of the filter bag and prolongs its service life;
  4. The installation and maintenance mode of the uncovered cover, the filter bag replacement is quick and convenient;
  5. DMC pulse bag filter adopts PLC or special program controller to control pulse dust removal, which is reliable in operation and high in automation.
