The washing tower body includes the exhaust gas inlet, outlet, window, maintenance hole and internal structure for support and fixation, so as to ensure the corrosion resistance of the equipment and increase its service life.
The ∮75pp Rasching ring is used as the filling layer of washing tower. The ∮75pp Rasching ring has the characteristics of large specific surface area, low pressure loss and low material transfer height. Compared with other filling materials ∮75pp Rasching ring has the advantages of higher treatment efficiency and lower operation cost.
The ∮50pp hollow ball is used as the demisting layer of washing tower.
The material of circulation sprinker pipe is PP, and the nozzle is spiral type PP atomizing nozzle. In order to increase the liquid gas contact surface, a large number of multi-faceted hollow balls are arranged in the spray layer. This kind of nozzle is not easy to block, spray angle is large, and the droplet distribution is uniform, so that the washing tower can play the best treatment effect.
The circulating water tank is connected with the washing tower body, with a capacity of 2-3 minutes of circulation water. The floating ball liquid level controller is set inside the water tank, and the washing water inlet overflow port and discharge port are reserved.

Structure and working principle

The industrial waste gas enters the washing tower and is in full contact with the washing liquid in the tower to generate a neutralization reaction to achieve the treatment purification effect, effectively remove dust and other various gases, and finally meet the discharge requirements.
