baghouse bag filter industrial dust collector
The bag dust collector is a unit combined dust collector with large air volume, good dust removal effect, good dust removal efficiency, stable operation, convenient maintenance, and small footprint. This dust collector is composed of upper box body, middle box body, ash hopper, draft tube, bracket, filter bag assembly, injection device, and ash conveying system. Arranged in a single row, one row is an ash bucket. It integrates the advantages of all kinds of bag type dust collectors with sub-chamber back-blowing and pulse-jet ash cleaning, and overcomes the disadvantages of poor back-blowing and ash-removing strength in the chamber, pulse-jet ash removal and filtration at the same time, and expands the scope of application. The product has the characteristics of the overall dust removal in the compartment, and adopts the large-size electromagnetic pulse valve to remove the dust. It has the characteristics of strong dust removal ability, good effect, and long service life.
Techinal parameters
1) The size of the filter bag is φ130mm. The upper end of the filter bag adopts a spring expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and convenient bag change. Each filter bag is equipped with a carbon steel bag cage.
2) Electromagnetic pulse valve, size 2.5" right angle valve, 2 sets per chamber.
3) Use programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the instrument.
The dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper of each unit through the draft tube, and the large particles of dust are separated and directly fall into the ash hopper under the guidance of the ash hopper diversion system. The remaining dust enters the filter area of the middle box with the airflow. The filter bag is discharged through the upper box, off-line valve and exhaust pipe. As the filtration progresses, when the surface area of the filter bag reaches the number, the ash cleaning control device closes the offline valve according to the set program, opens the electromagnetic pulse valve to spray, shake off the dust on the filter bag, and the dust falling into the ash hopper is unloaded The ash valve is discharged.

The filter bag spraying is carried out in turn in each chamber. When the offline valve of the chamber is closed, the spray cleaning is started, while the remaining chambers continue to work. After the chamber is cleaned, the offline valve opens and continues to work. The room began to clean, and continue in turn. This greatly avoids what we often call "the second flying dust".
