Product principle:
1.Dust removal process:
Dust-laden gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet. The dust of the larger particles directly falls into the ash hopper. The gas containing the particulate dust passes through the filter bag. The dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the gas is purified and discharged by the induced draft fan. Into the atmosphere.
2.Ash removal process:
As the filtration work continues, dust particles adhering to the outer surface of the filter bag increase, and the dust collector operation resistance increases. The switching valve of a filter unit closes, the filter unit stops working, and the reverse-blowing compressed air reversely enters the filter unit. The dust on the outer surface of the filter bag is dropped, and then the valve plate is switched to open, the filter unit is again operated, and the dust is turned to the next filter unit. The entire cleaning process alternates with each filter unit.
