Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-6417 for textile lamination bonding is a single-component reactive PUR hot melt adhesive with 100% solid content. PUR-6417 can be used for all kinds of fabrics and different plastic films. The final product is stiff, with good initial strength, moderate opening time and excellent final strength. PUR-6417 is featured stable viscosity under heating at a certain temperature, high initial bonding strength and final bonding strength. After curing, PUR-6417 has good peeling strength, good heat&humidity resistance and chemical resistance.
APPLICATION
Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-6417 is used for lamination bonding of textiles. PUR-6417 can be used on a variety of fabrics and different plastic films. The final product is hard with good initial strength, moderate open time and excellent final strength.

USER GUIDE
PUR-6417 is packaged for use in a variety of dispensing equipment.
It has a recommended operating temperature of 90℃~110℃.
In order to achieve complete curing, it is best to place the finished product in a working environment with suitable temperature and humidity (recommended temperature: 23~25℃, relative humidity about 65%).
STORAGE
Store PUR-6417 in a dry, cool place, out of direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35°C. Avoid open flames or heat sources.
