Application

Rexon RCF-8T(8000LPH) fully automatic centrifugal oil filter set is a large-capacity centrifuge filter unit, consisting of two centrifuge heads, and equipped with a 150KW heater with a heat exchanger for power saving, a fully automatic control system and a fully automatic slag discharging system, very suitable for industrial oil water separating and solidity contaminates removal.

Advantage

1. Rexon RCF-8T(8000LPH) centrifugal oil filter set is equipped with an automatic slagging device and PLC system, which can discharge the waste oil and solid impurities from the machine fully automatically, solve manual slagging troubles and improve the oil purification efficiency.
2. It is equipped with the PLC automatic intelligent controller, makes the operation very easy, just press the "automatic" run button to start the equipment, it will be fully automatic operation, to minimize manual operation error.
3. In order to reduce the heating load of the plant, Rexon RCF-8T centrifugal oil purifier equipped with heat recovery device, the oil pump will pump out the hot oil and import cold oil for energy exchange,and heating efficiency will be increased by 50% or more.
4. The frame structure and lifting hole design make it easy to lift the machine for long and short transportation, protecting the machine from damage.
